Rochelle Davis is the founding Executive Director of the Healthy Schools Campaign (HSC), which advocates for policies and model programs that allow students and staff members to learn and work in healthy school environments. HSC acts as a resource to school districts, professional associations, parent organizations and other groups and individuals who share a commitment to a clean environment, healthy children and better education. She is co-author of Fresh Choices, a cookbook which explores the relationship between food, the environment and children's health (Rodale, 2004). Jean Saunders

Jean Saunders is the School Wellness Director for the Healthy Schools Campaign. She speaks widely on the topic of good nutrition and healthy food, and works with school districts, parent groups and community organizations to improve the school food environment and promote active lifestyles for children. A professionally trained chef, she was a recent delegate to the International Exchange Forum on Children, Obesity, Food Choice and the Environment in Paris, France and has served on school wellness councils for large school districts in the Chicago area.

Deborah R. Popely

Deborah R. Popely has more than 25 years experience in marketing, communications and resource development for socially responsible organizations. She has worked with the Healthy Schools Campaign since 2003, providing strategic communications, editorial, branding and design, production and marketing services. She is founder of Green2B/Green2C Marketing, a full-service agency working with businesses, nonprofits and government agencies to expand the market for sustainable products, programs and practices.
