While specific projects vary according to the organization’s needs and priorities and the intern’s academic and professional goals, internship opportunities are regularly available in the following areas:
Responsibilities
In addition to specific projects, interns contribute to the overall work of Healthy Schools Campaign. Interns and supervisors will work together to determine an appropriate schedule and internship length. Generally, interns commit to working between 16-40 hours per week for a period that ranges from two months to one year.
Benefits
While HSC internships are unpaid, travel costs are reimbursed and many students earn academic credit for their experience.
